It has come to our attention that the voting system used for the poll for ratification of the Conditions of Appointment: Physicians document is flawed, and has permitted individuals to cast multiple votes. Regrettably, we do not believe we can rely on the results to be accurately reflective of eligible votes.
Further, we have received feedback from some individuals reflecting a desire to continue discussion on the content of the document. We want to ensure that everyone in our community of Clinical Academics understands the content and has an opportunity to understand the rationale for the changes.
As such, it is our intention to re-engage with the community in Fall, 2016 on the content of the document, to ensure the next vote is both fully informed and technologically sound.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this voting issue.
