Multimorbidity Symposium sponsored by PACE in MM

Patient-Centred Innovations for Persons with Multimorbidity (PACE in MM), a CIHR funded research program, sponsored a Multimorbidity Symposium that took place on September 10 at the Centre for Studies in Family Medicine. The Symposium brought together researchers Drs. Natasha Lane, Carri Hand, and Pauline Boeckxstaens and Kathryn Nicholson, who shared their perspectives and research on multimorbidity.  A panel discussion followed that was moderated by Dr. Merrick Zwarenstein.  The event was a great success and was well attended both by people who joined the live stream and in person.  The presentations can be viewed here.
