Drs. Ted Osmun, George Kim and senior medical student Emily Harrison publish article in Canadian Family Physician

Drs. Ted Osmun, George Kim and senior medical student Emily Harrison have published an article in Canadian Family Physician's Teaching Moment. Patients with multiple comorbidities: Simple teaching strategy is available online and outlines a simple method for teaching medical students and residents how to approach patients with multiple illnesses.

Their method is low tech, requiring only slips of paper and a couple of bags. As such, it can be used virtually anywhere.

Teaching Moment is a quarterly series in Canadian Family Physician, coordinated by the Section of Teachers of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. The focus is on practical topics for all teachers in family medicine, with an emphasis on evidence and best practice.
