Session Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this grand round, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate the rationale for further investment into strengthening home visit capacity for people nearing the end of life.
- Analyze the current state of the health economics of home visits in Ontario.
- Identify the barriers and facilitators for the delivery of home visits, as well as propose potential solutions to increase visit delivery across Ontario.
