Maria Mathews, PhD, will present, Do Canadians who study abroad make better residents than traditional international medical graduates (IMG)?
- To understand the examination and work location outcomes of different groups of IMG residents
- To understand potential strengths and weaknesses of different groups of IMG residents
- To reflect on social accountability considerations in the selection of IMG into residency programs
