Maria Mathews, PhD, will present, Do Canadians who study abroad make better residents than traditional international medical graduates (IMG)?

Leaning objectives:

  • To understand the examination and work location outcomes of different groups of IMG residents
  • To understand potential strengths and weaknesses of different groups of IMG residents
  • To reflect on social accountability considerations in the selection of IMG into residency programs
