This is a call for abstracts for the Department of Medicine Resident Research Day 2015.
The deadline for receipt of abstracts is midnight, Sunday March 29, 2015.
When: Thursday May 7, 2015
Where: Lamplighter Inn and Conference Centre, 591 Wellington Road South, London, Ontario
What Time: It’s an all day event
Starting with Poster Setup and Continental Breakfast at 0800 hours
Finishing with the Presentation of Awards at 1645 hours
For those individuals submitting an abstract:
The abstract must be submitted online (link below) and no more than 250 words.
Individuals who had an assigned research elective are required to submit an abstract of their accomplishments.
You can submit a maximum of two abstracts. If two abstracts are submitted, only one abstract will be selected for judging as a poster or oral presentation. The other may be shown as a poster, but will not be judged.
Be sure you submit a final version of your abstract. Once submitted your abstract cannot be revised.
A confirmation email with further information will be sent to you once you've submitted your abstract online.
Please make sure you put in a Leave Request for Research Day.
Faculty members who submit abstracts will be assigned "Display Only" poster space. Faculty posters are not judged.
