Faculty Development Mini Fellowships

The CPD Faculty Development Mini Fellowship grant is intended to support faculty engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance their roles as teachers, researchers, and administrators. Grants of up to $5000.00 are available to Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry faculty members from London, the Windsor Campus, and the Distributed Academies. 

The next competition will open Wednesday, January 11, 2023 and close on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11:59 pm (EST).

Congratulations to the following Fall 2021 award winners who have recently completed their mini fellowships:

• Christine Bell, Physiology & Pharmacology (London), “Scholarship of Teaching & Learning by Design”

The Fall 2022 competition attracted many strong applications. Congratulations to the following award recipients:

• Jason Chui, Anesthesia & Perioperative Medicine (London), “Health Leadership: Achieving Your Potential”

• Dhiraj Dhanjani, Surgery (Sarnia), “OMA Physician Leadership Course”
• Michael Sanatani, Medical Oncology (London), “Training to Teach in Medicine”


Priority will be given to applications which
• clearly demonstrate anticipated benefit to the applicant's roles in their department/division, and across the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry
• are supported by additional funds from the applicant's department/division or Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry unit
• align with the strategic directions of Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry.
