Lorelei Lingard and education research – a profile of excellence

As the Centre for Education Research & Innovation (CERI) at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry closes in on its fifth anniversary, it is becoming one of Canada's leaders in medical education research, building this reputation and advancing the science of education through research.

Lorelei Lingard, PhD, is the Centre’s Director and with her team has worked to advance the field of education research at the School and across Canada. Lingard is exploring what role language plays in the health care experience, with particular focus on communication between professionals within health care teams.
