We are happy to provide the CERI Community with a link to Dr. Lorelei Lingard's 2014 ICRE Plenary presented in Toronto on Thursday, October 23rd, 2014.
The International Conference on Residency Education (ICRE) is a global forum for those involved in residency education to share ideas, challenges, innovations, and advance medical education. Dr. Lorelei Lingard was invited to ICRE to provide the opening lecture where she looked at the idea of collective competency and adapting the concept of competence to healthcare teams.
