Research Project

I worked in the labs of Dr. Greg Gloor in the Dept. of Biochemistry and Dr. Lindi Wahl in the Dept. of Applied Mathematics. My project involved metagenomics, transcriptomics, population genetics, statistical methods in information theory, and molecular evolution.
