Workstations
VERC workstations will ‘reset’ when users logout or the machine is restarted; meaning any software or data files that are stored locally on the workstation (the C drive) will be lost when the user logs out or the machine is restarted. Users MUST store any data on a network drive (such as T or U) or on a removable USB key.
VERC workstations have front side USB ports; users are encouraged to use USB devices to store any/all user data.
VERC workstations have front side audio jacks for those users who wish to use headphones.
In both MSB M150 and MSB M150A all workstations have power spheres, allowing users to plug in laptops or other devices that require power.
