On April 29, several cities across Canada will be celebrating the International Day of Immunology. The CIHR Human Immunology Network (CHIN) is hosting a Café Scientifique event to discuss the immune system, its role in promoting and maintaining health, prevention of infectious disease, and its role in inflammation and chronic disease.
London's event, "The Wars Within - How Microbes Shape our Immune System," will be taking place at The Grand Theatre, located at 471 Richmond St., from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Support and celebrate the International Day of Immunology through learning about your immune system and discussing various aspects of human immunology!
