The following questions are meant to be a general guide for students. Please refer to our general contacts at the bottom of this document for UME staff if you cannot find the answer to your specific question.

SCHEDULES

How do I access my schedule?

Your personalized schedule is online. You can access it from the Schulich Home Page http://www.schulich.uwo.ca/ .  The link to one45 is located on the right hand side of the screen under the “Resources Title”.
Or you can access one45 at https://one45.schulich.uwo.ca/webeval/index.php

How often do I need to check my schedule?
Changes to the schedule happen frequently because our faculty are also physicians.  You are responsible for checking your calendar online DAILY for updates.  If a change occurs with less than 24 hours notice or, on the day of class, then you will either receive an email notification of the change or a UME staff member will communicate the urgent change to the class.  Changes to the schedule with more than 24 hours notice will be updated on one45.

I have forgotten my password for one45, who do I contact?
Contact the UME Registration Coordinator by email at registrationume@schulich.uwo.ca. A log in message will be resent to you.
Assistance can also be found by contacting our helpdesk by email at: helpdesk@schulich.uwo.ca or phoning extension 81377.

Who do I contact if I have a duplicate session in my schedule or other scheduling errors?
Contact the UME Registration Coordinator by email at registrationume@schulich.uwo.ca. Our best effort is made to have accurate schedules but due to technical errors and human error, sometimes mistakes are made. We appreciate any major discrepancies being brought to our attention as soon as possible.

What is the difference between an Independent Learning Session and an Independent Learning (Web) Session in one45?
Independent Learning is time in the schedule that you can use to catch up on reading, work on assignments and other activities. Essentially it is free time for you to choose what you like to do with it.  Independent Learning (Web) sessions are session that you are required to complete on your own. The “web” in brackets directs you that you need to go to Web CT OWL for more information.  These sessions can vary; they can be quizzes, required reading, online modules etc. They are scheduled on specific days so that you will either be prepared for an upcoming class or have already had a class and this is additional information that a lecturer requires of you. Since everyone’s pace of learning is different, these sessions are generally scheduled from 11:30am-11:30pm or from 4:30pm-11:30pm.  While you may begin working on the material anytime you are expected to have completed this material before your next session, unless otherwise instructed in Web CT OWL.
