Credentialing

 

This credentialing is for former students who have completed the MD program at the Schulich School of Medicine and require verification of attendance and/or degree.

VERIFICATION of ATTENDANCE AND/OR DEGREE ONLY
$30.00 processing fee (takes 1-2 weeks)

VERIFICATION OF PROGRAM AND/OR COPY OF DEAN'S LETTER
$50.00 processing fee (takes 1-2 weeks)
