1) Recognize issues related to transitions including from undergraduate to postgraduate education, from junior to senior resident and from senior resident to independent practitioner

2) Describe possible approaches to facilitating successful transitions across the medical education spectrum. This session is intended for program directors, clerkship directors, residents, clerks and others interested in residency education.
