Several months ago, the Teaching and Technology Services (TTS) unit at Schulich was restructured and as a result, Davor Linkes, Andrew Dunseath and David Creces joined Schulich Information Services as the Educational Technology & Media Services (ETMS) team.
In an effort to create efficiencies and improve service to our Faculty, Staff and Students, Schulich Information Services will be retiring the TTS email account (currently firstname.lastname@example.org) on December 2nd, 2013.
Beginning December 2nd, 2013, all email inquiries now being sent to email@example.com including requests for Audio/Visual (AV), video conference, video and classroom technology support are to be sent to the Information Services Helpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org) to provide onepoint of email contact for all technology support inquiries.
The Educational Technology & Media Services team can still be reached by phone at 519-661-2111 Ext 83035 for any AV, video conference, video and classroom-tech issues or inquiries requiring immediate assistance.
The Schulich IS Helpdesk can still be reached by phone at 519-661-2111 Ext 81377 for any desktop support, network, development and web issues or inquiries requiring immediate assistance
