There is a difference between Skype and Business Skype
Skype is the original version that you use with your own personal login information and you can connect with anyone around the world. With Skype for Business you can connect with people who are at Western University using your Western Id and password. To connect with other Skype for Business members outside of Western, you must find out if the organization that you are trying to connect with allows calls from outside of their organization.
