Congratulations to the Class of 2015

Convocation 2015

Family, friends and faculty members gathered at Alumni Hall on the morning of June 11 to celebrate the 100 trainees graduating from Schulich Medicine & Dentistry's Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies programs. Twenty-six trainees received their PhD, four trainees received their Master of Clinical Science, and 70 trainees received their Master of Science as part of Western University's 305th Convocation ceremony.

Western conferred an honorary Doctor of Science, honoris causa (DSc) upon Keith More, a distinguished anatomy researcher, during the ceremony. The 89-year-old delivered his speech through Dr. Douglas Jones, vice dean of Basic Medical Sciences, encouraging the graduates to be humble, confident and hopeful in their futures.

Schulich Medicine & Dentistry congratulates the entire Class of 2015 on their incredible achievements throughout their studies and on their graduation.
