Join us Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. for Family Medicine Grand Rounds in the Western Centre for Public Health and Family Medicine Building, Room 1150.

Dr. George Kim will present Social Media, Screen Time & Kids – What’s a family to do?

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the myriad of social media options available to youth today;
  2. Review the literature around impact of screen time on child development; and
  3. Identify strategies for health screen time/social media use and review the need for monitoring for problems with an online presence.

Attendance is taken at Grand Rounds. If you do not attend in person, please e-mail Sheena Blasing after the session if you wish to qualify for MAINPRO credits.

Sheena will send the MAINPRO certificates out at the end of the year.
