How Issues are Addressed
All issues will be taken seriously. The Manager and/or Associate Dean, Equity and Profssionalism, will meet with you in person to discuss your concerns and to decide how to proceed. The pro’s and con’s of sharing concerns with other faculty or academic or hospital leaders will be considered.
Information will not be shared with others without your consent. The only exceptions to the confidentiality rules are:
• when the situation is potentially dangerous
• where the situation discussed would require mandatory reporting.
