Confidentiality
After hearing your concerns, staff will discuss with you the pro’s and con’s of sharing concerns with other faculty or academic or hospital leaders. Information will not be shared with others without your consent. The only exceptions to the confidentiality rules are:
• when the situation is potentially dangerous
• where the situation discussed would require mandatory reporting.
