Courses are held at a variety of different locations throughout Ontario as highlighted in our yearly program listings. Information on accommodation, travel and parking facilities will be forwarded, along with applicable course information, two weeks prior to course date.

9:00 a.m. - Program (unless otherwise posted)
Limited Attendance Courses:
Certain courses are subject to limited attendance; participants are enrolled on a first come basis. Full payment of the registration is due with the registration form.

Pre-registration for all courses is required. Register online or by mail or phone in the Office of Continuing Dental Education at 1-888-281-1428 or (519) 661-3345 or Fax (519) 850-2389.
Cancellation Policy:
The University of Western Ontario reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond our control. Tuition refund of 100% will be issued 10 working days prior to the program date. Tuition refund of 50% will be issued 5 working days prior to the program date.
