Celebrating and thanking donors for their support – March 2018
Schulich Medicine & Dentistry is grateful for the continued support from generous donors. Two recent donations are benefiting Oral Surgery and an endowed medical student award.
Dr. Jonathan Mahn, DDS’07, Smile City, has generously donated $5,000 in support of Schulich Dentistry – Oral Surgery. Dr. Mahn is a young alumnus, who served as a Class leader in 2007 and is continuing his role as a leader with vision and energy.
Dr. Albert Mok, MD’75 and Mrs. Vicky Mok MLIS'71 have made a $25,000 donation on behalf of the Mok family to establish an endowed medical student award. The Mok family has four generations of physicians in their family. This gift was made in honour of their contributions to medicine, in hopes of serving as an example to support future generations to study medicine and contribute to society.
