OneForm Simplifies Staff Hiring Process

I did "a Request for Hire (RFH) yesterday and it was super easy. What a great process from an admin point of view." Those words, shared by Maly Bun, were music to the ears of the team charged with simplifying the hiring process across Schulich Medicine & Dentistry.

Successfully launched and put into operation at the beginning of April, OneForm, as it has been named, focusses on the staff hiring process for all regular full time, regular part time, temporary full time and contract extension positions.

Since OneForm's launch through Schulich Administrative System (SAS), more than 80 people have been trained on its use, and at least 31 hires have been initiated using it.

As with any new process, small modifications are necessary to ensure it meets all the needs of users across the School. The team is committed to, and working through ongoing improvements and is responding to all identified issues with the new process or OneForm.
