Community Involvement

Trainees are encouraged to become involved in the London, Western and LHSC community during their time with CNS. View resources below to learn how you can get involved.

Residency Program Committee (RPC)

The RPC meets six times a year and at the call of the Chair of the Department.  Subcommittees may be formed to deal with specific issues.  There is an annual review meeting in May, attended by all residents, to review the current academic year and to allow more prolonged discussion of various topics. Up to two residents from each of the post-graduate years are elected by their peers to sit on Residency Program Committee.

Intramurals at Western

Taking part in Intramural Sports is a great way to get involved in University life at Western. Whether you like to participate at the super, competitive, or recreational level, we offer a full range of activities that will pique your interest.

Forest City Sport and Social Club

FCSSC offers co-ed, recreational sport leagues, tournaments, outdoor adventures and social events. Sign up as a team or as an individual for sports like soft ball, soccer, dodge ball, tennis, and volleyball.
