Thank you to everyone who joined us at the 2016 Leaders in Innovation Dinner on November 10. It was a tremendous evening as Robarts Research Institute celebrated advances in chronic lung disease research and the 2016 J. Allyn Taylor International Prize in Medicine recipients, Drs. Stephen Holgate and Malcolm Sears.
Audience members were treated to an engaging performance by award-winning actor, director and science advocate Alan Alda on the importance of research and the ability to properly communicate science. Alda was joined on stage by Master of Ceremonies Heather Hiscox, Anchor, CBC News Network, for a delightful conversation and armchair discussion.
The 2017 J. Allyn Taylor International Prize in Medicine will recognize outstanding contributions to the diagnosis, understanding, treatment or prevention of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). On November 15, 2017, Robarts Research Institute will host the Leaders in Innovation Dinner at the London Convention Centre. We hope you will plan to join us as we celebrate research innovations in Multiple Sclerosis.
